Olympic Cereal Mill Preservation Plan, Portland, OR (W.HAWKINS)                  

Firm partner and architect for the adaptive reuse master plan for improvements to this landmark industrial facility consistent with requirements of the State Historic Preservation Office for special assessment.

B&O Commerce Center Parking Access Ramp, Portland, OR (W.HAWKINS)

Firm partner and architect to provide permitting and design for vehicle access to basement for parking in this landmarked industrial facility consistent with requirements of the State Historic Preservation Office.

Pioneer Church Vestry Addition, Portland, OR (COP)

Project Manager/designer for stakeholder coordination, programming, preparing and presenting the design to the Landmark Commission, landmark appeal before Portland City Council, construction documents, and construction administration for the vestry addition to the historic landmark church used as a SMILE managed wedding chapel.

Hawthorne at 31st Ave Mixed Use Feasibility, Southeast Portland, OR (MAP)

Feasibility code and concept study to evaluate redevelopment options for preservation, additions, conversion of existing house and restaurant on a corner lot to include multiple apartments and mix of retail and restaurant, or simple redevelopment.

Glisan Street Residential to Commercial Conversion, NE Portland, OR (MAP)

Code and concept feasibility study for conversion of existing house to acupuncture clinic.

Feasibility Assessment Report to restore 1423 SW Columbia (Queen Anne Overlake structure) and convert to law offices

Lownsdale Square Restroom Reconstruction (COP)

Project manager/designer for the reconstruction of the bomb destroyed historic shell with upgraded for disabled access, an "open interior" concept to resist vandalism, a bomb resistant structure, and improvements to simplify maintenance.  Merrick led the project through the Portland landmark review process, executed the construction documents, and provided construction administration.
